Valencia promoted in rank

Cesar J. Valencia, a 1992 graduate of Corning High School, has been promoted to the rank of master sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.
Valencia, an air transportation craftsman, has served in the military for 17 years and is assigned to the Headquarters Air Education and Training Company, Randolph Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
He is the son of Renee Caikoski of Castroville, Texas, and grandson of Ealine Carter of Corning.
