Angie Green

Angie Green, 73, of Corning passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Angie was born in Pawhuska, Okla. on Feb. 24, 1935, to Carson Lewis Marshall and Georgia Juanita Marshall. Angie, along with her husband, Lyle L. Green of 32 years, resided in Corning since 1981.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents, Carson and Georgia; and sisters May Grace Baird, Cappie (Ben, also deceased) Candeleria, and Beverly Burch.

Angie is survived by husband, Lyle; children, Michael (Darcy) Gain of San Jose, Tony Gain of Cheyenne, Wyo., Carsanna (Darell) Thompson of Corning and Lisa (John) Permann of Willows; stepchildren, Mark Green of Palmdale, Calif., Margaret (Mike) Kalicazak of Chico, and Heide (Jim) Ketchum of Chico; sisters, Sandra (Gerry) Horn of San Jose and Patty (Billy) Roan of Paicines; brother, Carson (Kelly) Marshall Jr. of Choctaw, Okla.; sister-in-law, Janice (Bill) Kish of Woodland Hills, Calif.; brother-in-laws, George Burch of Corning and Leland Green of Woodland Hills, Calif.; mother-in-law, Hilda Green of Torrance, Calif.; eighteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Angie will be held Wednesday with a viewing at 9 a.m., rosary at 2 p.m., and service at 3 p.m., at Hall Brothers Corning Mortuary, 902 Fifth St. Family and friends are invited to a reception at the home of Sandra and Gerry Horn at 168 Marguerite Ave. in Corning. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
