Police Logs: June 26, 2009

Thomas Jerome Arnold, 46, of Corning was arrested at 6:52 a.m., following a traffic stop at Yolo Street and Fairview Avenue, on suspicion of possessing and transporting/selling a controlled substance. Arnold was booked into the Tehama County Jail in lieu of $37,500 bail.

 Michelle Turner reported the theft of a blue nursing bag, "Accent Care," from her unlocked vehicle parked in the 1600 block of Marin Street. Estimated loss is $350. 

Jay Allen Ramos, 60, of Corning was arrested at 11:46 p.m. at Fig Lane and Link Street on suspicion of being drunk in public. Ramos was booked into the Tehama County Jail.
