Police Logs: Jan. 26

Ramon Ruelas, 24, of Corning, was arrested at 1:43 a.m. at Tehama and First streets on warrant charges for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and for selling a controlled substance. Ruelas was booked into the Tehama County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail.

Gerardo Moralez, 31, of Corning, was arrested at 10:20 p.m., following a traffic stop at Solano Street and Lincoln Avenue, on suspicion of grand theft, knowingly receiving stolen property and resisting an officer. Moralez was arrested at gunpoint, following a foot pursuit. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail in lieu of $28,000 bail.
