At a location near Hwy 99W and Solano Street, officers arrested Matthew David Larsen, 23, on a Tehama County warrant involving burglary.

Zachary Allen Ferris, 21, of Corning was arrested at Fifth Avenue and Solano Street around 7:48 p.m. for alleged public intoxication. At that time, Ferris was found to have warrants out for his arrest regarding failure to appear in court on vandalism, assault, battery, and driving on a suspended license charges. At this time, Howard Monroe Todd, 25, of Corning was also arrested for alleged public intoxication.
