Auzins graduates from basic training

Air Force Airman Kaspars Auzins, an Orland High alum, has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.

During the eight-week program, Auzins completed training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. This training also credited him with four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Auzins is a 2008 graduate of Orland High. He is the son of Antra Auzina of Corning.
