Blood Drive at Rolling Hills

Rolling Hills Casino near Corning will host a blood drive from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., today, in the HR Training Room, 2655 Barham Ave. Anyone who is present to donate blood at the site will receive a coupon for a free pint of Baskin-Robbins ice cream, as well as a coupon for a "2 for 1" meal at the buffet.

Same-sex slapdown
What's your reaction to the state Supreme Court upholding the ban on same-sex marriage?
I'm glad to see the will of the majority of voters was supported.
I don't agree with it. Equal rights should be for all Californians.
