Rafael Andres Soto, 23, of Corning, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:06 a.m. Sunday on Oak Street in Red Bluff on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, not firearm, with the likelihood of causing great bodily injury. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.
Thomas Edward Garrett, 21, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 1:58 a.m. Saturday at The Round Up in Red Bluff on suspicion of vandalism. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000 bail.
Kenneth Blane Eden, 52, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 4:08 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of Stanmar Drive, Corning, on suspicion of attempted murder and corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $550,000.
Shauna Presley Rawlins, 32, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 11:42 a.m. Friday at Delphinium Court in Red Bluff on suspicion of hit and run with the likelihood of causing injury or death. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
Jesse Dell Hooks, 29, of Red Bluff, was arrested at 3 p.m. Nov. 17 by the California Highway Patrol on Highway 20 at Mitchell Flats, Colusa County, on suspicion of possession or sale of marijuana or hashish. He was booked into the Colusa County Jail. Bail was set at $17,500.
