FELONY

Samule Dale Skillen, 33, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County District Attorney's investigator at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday on North Main Street in Red Bluff on suspicion of sending harmful matter to a minor by email, contact with minor with intent to solicit sexual activity, and a misdemeanor of sending harmful matter to minor to seduce and attempting lewd and lascivious acts with child. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $300,000.

Michelle Christina Adkins, 22, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:03 p.m. Wednesday on Monroe Street in Red Bluff on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, transportation of controlled substance, transportation of narcotic controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $68,000 bail.

Michael Frank Banuelos, 38 of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 7:36 p.m. on the 300 block of South Main Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of false imprisonment with violence and misdemeanor battery on spouse. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail on $20,000 bail.
