Seminar on food stamp program eligiblity requirements will take place during the center's regular lunch time at 11:30 a.m. June 11.  Participants must sign up early by calling 824-4724. For more information on the program, call 800-222-1753 or go to www.seniorlegalhotline.org. 

Seniors interested in working in the center's kitchen or serving meals can contact Gaylen Norman at the center. Norman will be holding a ServSafe Class with date to be announced.

Monday, pork chow mein (ethnic); Tuesday, baked chicken (heatlhy heart); Wednesday, Italian Delight; Thursday, chef's salad and Friday, barbecue ribettes. 
Reservations are mandatory for lunches served Monday through Friday at the Corning Senior Center, 1015 Fourth Ave. Contact Linda Lima the day before at 824-4727 or Senior Nutrition at 527-2414. Lunch is 11:30 a.m. to noon. Suggested donations are $2.50 for seniors 60 and over and $6 for non-seniors. For information on meals or events, call 824-4727.
