Tehama County child molester arrested on felony warrants
A woman who was sentenced to one year in jail for having sexual relations with a 14-year-old boy is back in jail on several outstanding felony warrants.
Chrissy Ann Dunn, 32, of Rancho Tehama, was arrested by a Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement agent on Tuesday for violating sex registration laws, forgery with intent to defraud and other warrants, including child molestation.
Agents said Dunn was found in a motor home on a property along Kern Road in Rancho Tehama.
She was sentenced in November 2011, after pleading guilty to two charges of performing a lewd act upon a child and oral copulation of a person under 16.
Arrested on April 19, 2011, Dunn was originally charged with 20 counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, 10 counts of oral copulation and 20 counts of lewd acts upon a child, according to court documents.
On Nov. 14, 2010, Dunn was arrested on a felony warrant and charged with unlawful intercourse with a minor, oral copulation with a person under 16 and lewd act upon a child.
That case was dismissed at request of the Tehama County District Attorney's Office a couple of weeks later, at which time Cohen said the case needed further investigation.
Cohen's office refiled the case leading to Dunn's jail sentence.
She was booked into jail on the lastest allegations. Bail has been set at $350,000.
