Marriage - Tracy Collier and John Helvey

Tracy Reneé Collier, and John David Helvey were married on Sept. 22, 2007, at Billie Park in Paradise, Calif.

Their wedding was a double-ring ceremony and the bride wore a strapless satin beaded gown and a tulle-beaded veil. She also carried a bouquet of red roses with white Stephanotis accents. The bride’s father, Robert L. Collier, Sr., gave her away.

An outdoor garden reception was later held in Corning, at the home of the bride’s parents. For their wedding trip, the couple went on a Caribbean Cruise.

The bride’s matron of honor was Cyndie Collier, and Leah Breshi, and Tory Helvey were her bridesmaid and flower girl, respectively. The groom’s best man was Walter Duvall, and Brandon Helvey and Robert Collier, Jr. were ushers.

The bride’s parents are Robert and Sherry Collier. Her grandparents are Alfred Collier, and Catherine Geene, also of Corning. The groom’s parents are Linda Short of Jeffersonville, Ind., and William Helvey of Redlands, Calif.

Tracy is a graduate of Corning High School, and is employed by Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc., Human Resources. John has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix, and works for Victor Treatment Centers, Inc., as an IT Director.

The couple resides in Lake Elsinore, Calif.
