FELONY ARRESTS
Vanessa Camille Blanchard, 20, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 11:24 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, on suspicion of being in possession of narcotic controlled and controlled substances, and controlled substance paraphernalia. Blanchard was booked into the Tehama County Jail in lieu of $31,000 bail.
