FELONY
Dwayne John Mills, 47, of Corning, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 12:54 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of controlled substances, transportation of controlled substances and warrants. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $40,826.
Sally Joan Calles, 50, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 1:07 a.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of controlled substances, transportation of controlled substances and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $43,000.
Jerry Lee Billingsley Jr., 23, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 10:25 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Lakeside Drive, Red Bluff, on suspicion of child cruelty causing possible injury or death, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substances for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, possession of firearm by a convicted felon, being a felon in possession of ammunition, participation in a criminal street gang and a misdemeanor for ossession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $183,000.
Vanessa Gabrial Hayes, 19, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 8:14 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Lakeside Drive, Red Bluff, on suspicion of child cruelty causing possible injury or death, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession for a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, receiving known stolen property and a misdemeanor for possession of controlled substance without a prescription. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $163,000.
Lucas Elton Leftwich, 21, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday at 21795 Bend Ferry Road, Red Bluff, on suspicion of second-degree burglary. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000 bail.

Carlos Zavala-Silvestre, 51, of Brewster, was arrested by a California Highway Patrol officer at 8:20 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 5 near Cottonwood, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $11,000 bail.
Eric Maciel Barragan, 32, of Redding, was arrested by a California Highway Patrol officer at 7 p.m. Wednesday on Vaquero Lane near Cottonwood, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000 bail.
