FELONY
James Brian Carpenter, 34, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 9:51 p.m. Tuesday on Gilmore Road, Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor of selling drug paraphernalia. Ralph Elvis Martin, 64, of Gerber, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 1:32 a.m. Tuesday on the 7700 block of Redland Avenue, Gerber, on suspicion of performing a lewd act on a child and oral copulation by use of force with possible injury. Monica A. Garza, 41, of Corning, was arrested by the Yuba County sheriff's deputies at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Fifth Street, Marysville, on suspicion of petty theft with prior convictions. She was booked into the Yuba County Jail. Bail was set at $11,000.
William Miles Richter, 29, of Anderson, was arrested by a Tehama County District Attorney's investigator at 4:55 p.m. on Thursday on Potter Street in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting or selling a controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale and selling marijuana. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $80,000.
Jeremy Lee Yates, 34, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 9:50 a.m. Thursday on the 2000 block of Solano Street, Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.
