FELONY

Megan Yvonne Walker, 25, of Los Molinos, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and three felony warrants for failure to appear. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $300,000.

Scott Andrew Elliot, 45, of Oak Run, was arrested by a Tehama County District Attorney's investigator at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Bowman Store in Cottonwood, on suspicion of contact with a minor with intent to solicit sexual activity, possession of marijuana for sale and selling marijuana. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $60,000.

DUI

Issac Castillo-Zaragoza, 23, of Gerber, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:02 p.m. Tuesday on Solano Street in Corning on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.

Joseph Paul Mello, 55, of Cottonwood, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 11:29 p.m. on Tuesday at Bird Song Auto in Red Bluff on suspicion of driving under the influece. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail on $5,000 bail.
