FELONY

Jennifer Marie Evans, 23, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Johnson Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Jose Guadalupe Castillo, 22, of Chico, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 10:31 p.m. Wednesday on Edith Avenue in Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $20,000.

David Allen Petty, 40, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 3:46 a.m. Wednesday on Womack Avenue in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $22,533.

DUI

Rusbel Gomez Martinez, 53, of Corning, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Feb. 6 by the California Highway Patrol on County Road 6 at Highway 99W, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. He was booked into the Glenn County Jail. Bail was set at $6,000.
