A graveside memorial service for Loreta Vernell Kinsley, 79, of Chico, is at 9 a.m. Friday at Sunset Hill Cemetery in Corning. Kinsley died April 29, 2009, at Chico Care Center. She was born April 11, 1928, in Wingate, Texas.
