Party at 11:04 a.m., reported a non injury traffic collision at Solano Street and Toomes Avenue between a white suburban and a silver suburban. A log entry was taken for drivers John Alf, 50 and Celia Chavez, 34.

Department at 11:04 p.m. received a call from Abdirhan Warana, who reported his vehicle was possibly shot at while driving on Interstate Five near Corning. Party's call was transferred to the California Highway Patrol.
