Don Pinnell, a local driver for UPS, and mother, Megan McKinney, present the winning ticket for a brand new bicycle drawn for student George Sanford. While making a stop at Olive View School, Pinnell decided to purchase a raffle ticket with a "blessed" dollar he had found lying on the ground earlier that day. Pinnell told school personnel if his ticket was selected for the Corning Elementary Educational Foundation fundraiser, to randomly draw a student's name to give the bike to instead of him. Hatfield's ACE Hardware also donated a helmet to Sanford.
