William Todd Hughes, 43, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 7:43 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at South Avenue and Highway 99W, on suspicion of driving while under the influence. Hughes was booked into the Tehama County Jail.
FELONY ARREST
Vincent Paul Huff, 44, of Redding, was arrested by Corning police at 12:32 a.m. Friday, Dec. 2, in the 1200 block of Highway 99W, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance and for being in possession of a hypodermic needle/syringe. Huff was booked into the Tehama County Jail.
