FELONY
Michael Benjamin Haber, 29, of Chico, was arrested by Corning police at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Solano Street, on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail.
