Guadalupe Lopez Segura, 22, of Anaheim, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:29 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 5 north of Corning, on suspicion of possession a controlled substance for sale, and transportation of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5 million.

Ocean Sunflower Littlefield, 37, of Cottonwood, was arrested by a Tehama County District Attorney's investigator at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Park Avenue in Red Bluff, on suspicion of contact with minor with intent to engage in sexual activity, attempt lewd and lascivious activity with a child under 14, and being at the arranged meeting place with minor with intent to engage in sexual activity. Bail was set at $95,000.
Valentine Paz Servin, 30, of Corning, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 20000 block of Simpson Road, Corning, on suspicion of using false citizenship documents and perjury. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $40,000.
