Felony

Samuel Breton Garret, 20, of Annapolis, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:57 p.m. Friday on Interstate 5 near Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor for possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $18,000.

Dalton James Litschewski, 19, of Annapolis, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:57 p.m. Friday on Interstate 5 near Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor fo possession of marijuana. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $18,000.

Douglas Earl Hogan, 36, of Gerber, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 8:05 a.m. Friday at on Rodeo Avenue, Gerber, on suspicion of child cruelty causing possible injury or death, and a misdemeanor for shooting a firearm negligently. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $65,000.

Jose DeJesus Graciano, 39, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 6:29 a.m. Friday on Reno Avenue, Gerber, on suspicion of receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Harold Eugene Ables, 32, of Shasta Lake City, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:49 a.m. Friday at Big 5 store in Red Bluff, on suspicion of failing to register as sex offender. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $25,000.

Alicia Kathleen Warner, 43, of Los Molinos, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 6:53 p.m. Thursday on Interstate 5 near Red Bluff, on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $33,000 bail.

Lena Rochelle Lucero, 47, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 7:02 p.m. Thursday at 420 Walnut St., Red Bluff, on suspicion of assualt with a deadly weapon, not firearm, possibly causing great bodily injury, and a misdemeanor for obstructing a public officer. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $33,000.

Edward Raymond Lee Dillard, 48, of Redding, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:30 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 5 near Jellys Ferry Road, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance, and misdemeanors for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $48,000.

Travis Anthony Vonmagnus, 31, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 9:23 p.m. Sunday on Main Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of concentrate cannabis. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Reynaldo Casteneda, 56, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 4:33 p.m. Sunday at 355 Main St., Red Bluff, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000 bail.

Benedict Francis Horrell Parcher Jr., 22, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy, at 9:11 p.m. Saturday at 1051 Washington St., Red Bluff, on suspicion of exhibiting a deadly weapon, not firearm, and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $65,000.

Rafael Oscar Bustamante, 44, of Corning, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 10:59 p.m. Saturday at Hillcrest Drive near Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanors for possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a public officer and public intoxication.
