Nancy Mattos reported her purse was taken from her shopping cart at Sav-Mor grocery store. Case opened.

Robert Brian reported the theft of his Dell Latitude computer laptop in the 200 block of Edith Avenue.

Conrrado Castizo, 34, of Corning was arrested at 11:27 p.m., following a traffic stop near the Critter Care, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail.
