As far as I know, there has never been a Miss Corning who was pregnant, on parole, or on drugs, perhaps someone needs to check their facts. In addition, this is not city funded. the girls are required to obtain sponsors, provide their own attire and sponsors within the town provide the scholarship monies. really. know your facts before you assume.
