Ross graduates with honors
Ryan
A. Ross graduated with the U.S. Naval Academy's Class of 2008, in Annapolis,
Maryland, on May 23, 2008. Ross was recognized with distinction honors from the
academy for graduating in the top four percent of his class of 1037 members.
Ryan,
son of Greg and Becky Ross of Corning, joined the Navy's Nuclear Program after
graduating from Corning Union High School in 2001. After successfully
completing the program he entered the Naval Academy Preparatory School for one
year. He began his Plebe
(freshman) year at the academy in 2004, and received a Bachelor of Science in
Electrical Engineering, graduating this year, at the top of his class with a
double "E" major.
At the end of June this year, Ross will report to Pensacola, Florida where he will begin Flight School.
