Kristy Marie and Robert Jay Tapp would like to announce the birth of their daughter Emily Mae Rose Tapp. Emily was born on Oct. 9, 2008 at Enloe Medical Center in Chico and weighed 5 pounds, 4 ounces. Her siblings are Michael Jaisun, 4 and Kerrie Katherine Ivy, 2. Her grandparents are Brenda and James Tapp of Corning and her great-grandparents are William Smith of Corning and Marieda Pingree of Twin Falls, Idaho.
