Chad Leroy McCoy, 42, of Corning, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 2:08 a.m. Thursday on the 25000 block of Massachusetts Avenue, Corning, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $16,000.
John Michael Foskitt, 28, of Gerber, was arrested by Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 10:22 p.m. Wednesday on San Benito Avenue in Gerber on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $41,000.
Lori Ann Ventimiglia, 48, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 99W south of Red Bluff, on suspicion of child cruelty with the possibility of causing injury or death, and misdemeanor driving under the influence.
