FELONY
Emily Ann Carlton, 24, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a US Forest Service ranger at 5:40 p.m. Tuesday on Sycamore Street in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.
Jose Luis Hernandez, 24, of Red Buff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 7:27 p.m. Tuesday on Hatfield Road, Red Bluff, on suspicion of obstructing an executive officer, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor battery on a police officer and taking police officer's weapon, not firearm. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $130,000 bail.
Michelle Marie Shaw, 34, of Covolo, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street in Red Bluff on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanors for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $21,000.
Jose Enrique Duque, 30, of Anderson, was arrested by a Tehama County District Attorney's investigator at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Dog Island Park in Red Bluff on suspicion of emailing harmful matter to a minor, attempted lewd and lascivious acts with child, possession of a marijuana for sale and contact with minor to solicit sexual activity. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $70,000.
Shannon Leonard Rawlins, 36, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 8:08 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 99W at Tyler Road near Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale.
