FELONY

Jerry Lee Billingsley Jr., 23, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Corning police at 9:47 p.m. on Houghton Avenue in Corning on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $15,000.

Christopher James Hensley, 25, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday on Fourth Avenue in Tehama on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, bringing controlled narcotic to jail, violation of parole and a misdemeanor for obstructing a public officer. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $33,000.

Lance Elton Ward, 42, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday on Marjie Avenue, Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of concentrate cannabis and warrants. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $23,000.

DUI

Jess Thomas Lourence, 29, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 4:21 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 5 near Gyle Road on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.
