Felony

Mitchell James Borden, 25, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 8:58 p.m. Friday on Main Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of vehicle theft, two counts of receiving known stolen property, and misdemeanors for flight from a peace officer, obstructing a public officer, and accepting property with the identification number removed. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $52,000.

Crystal Rose Delucia, 26, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 8:10 p.m. Friday on the railroad tracks behind Main Street, in Red Bluff, on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving known stolen property and misdemeanor obstructing a public officer. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $33,000.

Ralph Edwin Metcalf, 71, of Los Molinos, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 8:26 p.m. Saturday on Riverview Avenue, Los Molinos, on suspicion of carrying a loaded firearm in public and a misdemeanor for obstructing a public officer. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $18,000.

Susan Joyce Day, 48, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement agent at 2:49 p.m. Sunday on Interstate 5 near the Red Bluff rest stop, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $30,000.

Eraclio Huerto Benitez, 51, of Ridgefield, was arrested by a Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement agent at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Interstate 5 California Highway Patrol Inspection Facility in Cottonwood, on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, possession of a narcotic controlled substance for sale and transportation of narcotic controlled substance. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $2,45 million.

Emanuel Armando Cervantes, 25, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 5:18 a.m. Saturday on Fourth Street in Corning, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, transportation of a controlled substance, possession of dirk or dagger and warrants, including possession of a firearm by a felon. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $105,000.

Heather Earlene Jones, 26, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 9:20 p.m. Friday on Highway 99W at Loleta Avenue, on suspicion of child cruelty causing possible injury or death, and a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $55,296.

Michael David Harrington, 36, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 7:39 p.m. Sunday on Wiltsey Road in Red Bluff, on suspicion of possession of a dirk or dagger and misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $21,000.

Brian Raymond Osborn, 39, of Chico, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 4:08 p.m. Sunday on Highway 99W in Los Molinos, on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, transportation of controlled substance, and a misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $43,000.

Jose Jesus Angel, 40, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:38 p.m. Sunday at Diamond Park in Red Bluff, on suspicion of child cruelty causing possible injury or death, and a misdemeanor for driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $55,000.

Sergio Samanigo Rodriguez, 18, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at on South Street, Corning, on suspicion of second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and misdemeanors for obstructing a public officer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and warrants. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $126,000.

Edgar Cervantes, 20, of Corning, was arrested by Corning police at 11:30 p.m. Saturday on South Street, Corning, on suspicion of second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime and misdemeanors for obstructing a public officer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and probation violation. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $107,500.

David Leigh Graham, 35, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:09 a.m. Sunday on Walnut Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $50,000.

Joseph Bernard Doucette, 32, of Corning, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 6:45 p.m. Monday on Valley Vista Drive, south of Corning, on suspicion of cruelty to elderly dependent adult causing great bodily injury, and assualt with weapon not firearm causing great bodily injury. Bail was set at $80,000.

DUI

Brian Joseph Swinthenbank, 27, of Red Bluff, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 9:52 p.m. Saturday on Paskenta Road near Red Bluff, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Adrienne Jeannette Blake, 45, of Red Bluff, was arrested by a Tehama County sheriff's deputy at 1:30 a.m. Saturday on Oak Street in Red Bluff, on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000.

Francisco Heriberto Vargas Contreras, 24, of Red Bluff, was arrested by Red Bluff police at 2:01 a.m. Sunday on Washington Street, Red Bluff, on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $3,570.

Ashley Renee Candler, 25, of Corning, was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:17 p.m. Monday on Almond Street, Corning, on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Tehama County Jail. Bail was set at $5,000 bail.
