Officers
inspected a silver, 1986 Ford car located at South Avenue, east of Marguerite
Avenue, which Patricia Coleman had reported to the department at 4:11 a.m. The
vehicle's driver passenger window and rear windows had all been broken out, but
officers determined vehicle had not been in an accident. The California Highway
Patrol was advised and routed to scene.
Alex Hansen, 18, at 5:23 p.m. reported vandalism to his vehicle while it was parked at the high school. Officers provided a log entry for vandalism to the driver's side of the vehicle with an approximate loss of $600 in damages. Jamie Silveira reported items stolen from her parent's backyard located on the 1400 block of Sixth Street. A log entry was made for the loss of a red lawnmower with bag valued at $150.
Two anonymous parties, at 9:04 p.m., reported juveniles throwing rocks from the overpass located at Corning Road and Interstate Five. Officers were unable to locate juveniles at this time.
