Luna Velazquez-Soto

Nicolas Soto and Patricia Velazquez of Corning are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Luna Marie Elaine Velazquez-Soto born 9:16 a.m. May 9, 2009, at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital in Red Bluff. Luna weighed 3 pounds 7 ounces and measured 17 inches long. She is welcomed by sibling Estrella Jacinto-Velazquez, grandmother Teresa Velazquez of Corning and great-grandmother Kathryn Delgado of Corning.
