FELONY ARREST
Joseph Kelley Ward, 44, of Aptos, was arrested by Corning police at 11:03 a.m. Friday, Oct. 28, on Highway 99W, on suspicion of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Ward was booked into the Tehama County Jail in lieu of $18,000 bail.
