Tehama County productions of 'Vagina Monologues' set
A benefit production of the "Vagina Monologues" will be presented for the fifth year as part of a 15-year global awareness campaign that hopes to end violence against women and girls.
Funds raised from this year's performance will benefit the local non-profit organization TLC of Tehama County which is a program-based transitional living center for homeless women and women with children.The performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. March 16, at Rolling Hills Casino; and 7 p.m. March 23 at Old City Hall, 1313 Market St., Redding.
Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door, and can be purchased at the House of Brews in Corning, Wink and Plum Crazy in downtown Red Bluff; and Toucan Tans in Redding; or at at vday_tehama.eventbrite.com.
