Do you know who this is... And the winner is...

Can you name the people in this photograph which was printed in the Feb. 12, 1990, issue of the Corning Observer? If you want to take a guess call the Observer at 824-5464 or come by the office at 1208 Solano St. Bobbie Dorvall called and correctly identify the people in Wednesday's archive photo as Tirso and Mildred Ramos. The caption with the photo read, "Happy anniversary including January birthdays was observed by Mildred and Tirso Ramos of Corning Sunday. They have been wed 16 years. Mildred Ramos is a former and only woman mayor of Corning and Tirso is a well known local olive contractor."
