Four local high schools are coming together to kick off the fourth annual Grand Raffle for their 2013 Safe & Sober Graduations. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased from any graduating senior. Drawing will be held Feb. 9 at Round Table Pizza in Orland. Proceeds will benefit Safe and Sober Graduation celebrations through each school's parents club.
